工作原理

Working principle

A．常開型 1：當電磁閥線圈通電時，電磁閥關閉。 2：當電磁閥線圈斷電時，電磁閥靠介質壓力打開。

A.Normally open 1: When the solenoid valve coil is energized, the solenoid valve is closed. 2: When the solenoid valve coil is de-energized, the solenoid valve open by medium pressure.

B．常閉型 1：當電磁閥線圈通電，電磁閥靠介質壓力打開。 2：當電磁閥線圈斷電時，電磁閥關閉。

防爆電磁閥——防爆形式是把設備可能點燃爆炸性氣體混合物的部件全部封閉在一個金屬外殼內，其外殼能夠承受通過外殼任何接合面或結構間隙，滲透到外殼內部的可燃性混合物在內部爆炸而不損壞，并且不會引起外部由一種、多種氣體或蒸氣形成的爆炸性環境的點燃，把可能產生火花、電弧和危險溫度的零部件均放入隔爆外殼內，隔爆外殼使設備內部空間與周圍的環境隔開。隔爆外殼存在間隙，因電氣設備呼吸作用和氣體滲透作用，使內部可能存在爆炸性氣體混合物，當其發生爆炸時，外殼可以承受產生的爆炸壓力而不損壞，同時外殼結構間隙可冷卻火焰、降低火焰傳播速度或終止加速鏈，使火焰或危險的火焰生成物不能穿越 ，隔爆間隙點燃外部爆炸性環境，從而達到隔爆目的。

安裝與維護

Installation and maintenance

⒈防爆電磁閥現場安裝必須按照爆炸危險場所“電氣安全規程” 中有關規定進行。

⒉防爆電磁閥內外接地，必須牢固可靠。
